All in-stock items will be processed and shipped within 10 business days from the date of order confirmation (excluding weekends, public holidays, and customs processing delays). We reserve the right to adjust the shipping timeline slightly based on order volume or unforeseen operational issues, and will notify you via email if any material delay occurs.
1.2 Pre-Order Items
Shipping timelines for pre-order items are specified in the corresponding product listing. We may adjust the fulfillment schedule according to production progress, supply chain status, or other factors. You will be notified promptly via the email provided at checkout of any changes to the estimated shipping date. No claims for compensation will be accepted due to reasonable adjustments to pre-order shipping timelines.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
2.1 Standard Shipping (Sea Freight Express)
- Shipping Method: Sea freight express (reliable cross-border sea transportation with priority handling).
- Estimated Delivery Time: 25-35 business days from the date of shipment. This timeline is an estimate only and does not include customs inspection, clearance, or local delivery delays.
- Note: Delivery times may vary by destination country/region, and remote areas may require additional 3-5 business days.
2.2 Expedited Shipping (Air Freight)
- Shipping Method: International air freight (faster cross-border transportation).
- Estimated Delivery Time: 10-15 business days from the date of shipment. This timeline excludes customs processing and local carrier delays.
- Note: Expedited shipping fees are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. The exact fee will be displayed at checkout.
3. Liability Limitations
3.1 Shipping Delays
We are not liable for any shipping or delivery delays. Estimated delivery times are for reference only and not guaranteed. Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs inspection/clearance procedures, governmental regulations, port congestion, weather conditions, or other events beyond our reasonable control are not our responsibility.
3.2 Seizure, Detention, or Loss of Goods
We shall not be held liable for seizure, detention, confiscation, or loss of goods due to:
- Customs inspection, clearance issues, or non-compliance with destination country/region import regulations;
- War, natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, riots, or other force majeure events;
- Actions by shipping carriers (e.g., lost packages, damaged goods during transit);
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Once the products are handed over to the designated shipping carrier, title to the goods and the risk of loss, damage, seizure, or detention shall pass to you (the customer).
4. Shipping Information & Requirements
- You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and valid shipping information (including recipient name, address, phone number, and postal code). We are not liable for delivery failures, delays, or loss of goods caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
- Customs duties, taxes, and other import-related fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not assume any liability for delays or refusal of delivery due to non-payment of such fees.
- For orders requiring customs declaration, we will provide standard commercial invoices based on the order information. Any special declaration requirements must be specified at checkout; otherwise, we will follow standard customs procedures.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track the shipment status through the carrier’s official website or the tracking link provided. We are not responsible for inaccurate or unavailable tracking information due to carrier system issues.
6. Changes & Cancellations
- For in-stock orders: Once shipped, no changes to shipping method, address, or cancellation requests will be accepted.
- For pre-order items: Cancellation requests are subject to the terms specified in the product listing. We reserve the right to refuse cancellation if production or preparation has already begun.
