Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Return Policy (No Exceptions)

1 Eligibility for Returns


Return requests are only accepted under the following conditions (final refund is subject to product inspection):

  • The item is unused, undamaged, with original packaging and all accessories intact;
  • Return request is submitted within 15 days after delivery confirmation (based on logistics tracking records);
  • Returns caused by product defects, quality issues, or our shipping errors.

2 Return Fees

  • All return shipping costs (including logistics fees, customs fees, taxes, etc.) shall be borne by the customer;
  • A 20% handling fee of the total product price will be charged for all returns;
  • Customized items, personalized orders, or products with obvious signs of use are not eligible for returns or refunds.

3 Refund Restrictions

  • No refund will be issued if we do not physically receive the returned item;
  • No refund will be granted if the returned item is obviously damaged, broken, missing accessories, or unsellable for resale;
  • Refunds only cover product value (after deducting 20% handling fee), excluding original shipping fees and any additional charges.

4 Return Procedure

  • Send an email to debydeng3@gmail.com with your order number, product photos, and return reason;
  • We will review your request within 5-7 business days. If approved, a Return Authorization (RA) number will be provided. Packages without a valid RA number will not be accepted;
  • You must ship out the item within 14 days after receiving the RA number; otherwise, the return request will be cancelled;
  • After receiving and inspecting the item, eligible refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days and returned via the original payment method.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
